So how do we start building a website with no content? We start by collecting information for the property, everything that our client knows and everything we can find from the web.
Where are we find information for these new launch properties at this early stage? We look through news articles, search the developer’s website and look at the Masterplan to understand the site.
After this we do a study of the location and draw out the advantages of living at this location and we also look through the recent launches in the area and seek to understand the prices.
We also seek to understand the recent launches of the developer and seek to project what this launch will be like.
In the upcoming launch at Watten Estate called Watten House by UOL and Singland, we build up the website based on the above research and constantly increase the content as we get more from the developer, thereby builiding up the traffic with more and more content.
All this time, we pay special attention to make sure that the SEO requirements for all images and pages are done concientiously so that this website will stand the best chance of ranking better and better over time.
But what is the point? The point is to generate leads for our clients. They can either make use of this website to do organic SEO through link building to generate traffic and leads or they can make use of Google Ads or Facebook Ads to drive traffic to these sites to generate leads for thier business.
